We provide the following shipping options:

·Overnight Shipping - Mon-Thurs

·2nd Day Air - Mon-Wed

·Ground Shipping - Mon-Friday (when available)


Please note that some orders placed late in the week may be held and shipped the following Monday.  We do this to ensure that your wine order makes it to the destination without having to sit idle on a truck through the weekend. 


During special promotions, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be charged and processed, plus the estimated shipping time-frame for the shipping method you have selected. Weather Restrictions

Mercer Estates typically offers Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Expedited Next Day Delivery services. However, during extreme weather conditions or temperature variances,we want to ensure that the quality of your wine is not impacted. Because of this, we do not offer Ground shipping during such weather conditions.  We will contact you to communicate any delays.  Weather information and expected shipping timelines can be found on the home page of our online shop.  This information is updated frequently.

Important: Your wine shipment must be signed for by someone who is at least 21 years of age. UPS / FedEx is not allowed to leave wine shipments on a doorstep.

We suggest sending wine to your place of work or your nearest UPS / FedEx store to avoid delivery delays.   A total of three delivery attempts will be made before the shipment is returned to our facility. If you shipment is returned due to inability to deliver, we will contact you for new shipment information.  Additional shipping charges will apply.

While we do our very best to package your shipment securely,wine packaging can be fragile.  If your wine was damaged in shipping, flawed or seems off, please contact us.
