Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
This lush, yet refreshing Bubbly has aromas of honeysuckle and
fresh pear, with undertones of caramel and sweet vanilla. This
lightly effervescent wine is balanced by clean bright acidity that
leads into a soft, clean fnish.
Vineyard Notes
The fruit for this wine came from our Estate Vineyards located
in the Horse Heaven Hills. These vineyard sits on a southeast
slope above the Columbia River. The orientation of the blocks
allows for morning sun exposure of the fruit, while avoiding the
intense afternoon rays.
Production Notes
The grapes were harvested in the very early hours of the
morning so they would arrive to the winery cool. Once at the
winery, the grapes went directly to the press where the juice
was gently pressed away from the skins. The juice was allowed
to cold settle for two days before racking. The juice was
inoculated with a specific yeast and allowed to ferment cool
over 30 days, allowing for great aroma development.

This is like snow on a winter day and taste like rain after a drought. I’m more a red wine person, but the notes of honeysuckle and pear if just good to pass up. I hate adding a review because I don’t want everyone else catching on to this great find!
