2021 Eagle and Plow Cab Sauv B93

The 2021 vintage was the 10th vintage from our Cavalie Block 93 vineyard. The fruit was not crushed to preserve as much whole berry as possible. We fermented the fruit in our oak upright fermenters and punched down twice daily. This wine has ripe red cherry aromas with a bright lively mouthfeel that is balanced by dusty tannins. This wine is balanced and elegant and will age for many years.
