2020 Eagle & Plow Block 93

The 2020 vintage was the 7th vintage from our Cavalie Block 93 vineyard.  The fruit was not crushed to preserve as much whole berry as possible.   We fermented the fruit in our oak upright fermentors and punched down twice daily.  This wine has ripe red cherry aromas with a bright lively mouthfeel that is balanced by dusty tannins.  This wine is balanced and elegant and will age for many years.
