2018 Michael Cellar Master Cab Sauv
This Cabernet from our Eagle & Plow Vineyard was specially crafted by Cellar Master Michael Maltos and is a part of our new Cellar Master Series of wine.
"My goal was to produce a strong and bold Cabernet with good structure. I was able to use Cabernet from the Eagle & Plow Vineyard from Blocks 1 & 5 which gave the characteristics I was looking for. The secondary fermentation was done in our 'El Patron' oak fermenter and then off to aging in 100% French Oak to produce a bigger, bolder, rustic style Cabernet."

Quite possibly the best Cab Sauv I have ever tasted. The artwork on the label is amazing. This wine is a must try!

Amazing, not even a wine drinker but this stuff is mind blowing good.
This vintage of Cavalie 7 Cab Sauv is sold out. We will be releasing the 2018 vintage to club members in May of 2023.
