While we do our very best to package your shipment securely,wine packaging can be fragile.  If your wine was damaged in shipping,flawed or seems off, please contact us.

If wine was returned to us due to inability to contact buyer by our carrier services, we'll do our best to contact you to try again, however, please note there will be an additional charge for shipping again. If we do not hear from you, we consider the wine abandoned.
